At Canine and Feline Troubleshooting (CFTS Services), we believe that pets are an important part of our families and, as such, they deserve top quality care, attention and consideration.

Debbie Ottway is the owner of CFTS Services. With many years experience working with vets, in animal shelters, boarding catteries and kennels, she is a qualified animal behaviourist and clicker trainer (see below) and former university lecturer in animal science and welfare.

Debbie walks dogs and cares for cats in her home area and works closely with all pet carers and other dog walkers, offering a support and back-up service.
